Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bag of Lee’s Chicken Potstickers
  • 1 lb. bag of frozen oriental vegetables

  • ½ cup of pineapple (canned or fresh)

  • 1 small onion, diced

Sweet Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup duck sauce
  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon sugar- optional

  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce- optional

  • 1 teaspoon Italian dressing - optional

  • Salt and pepper


Cooking Direction

   1. Mix sweet sauce ingredients in a bowl

   2. Fry Lee’s Chicken potstickers in ½ inch of cooking oil until crispy

   3. Stir fry oriental vegetables and onion in large frying pan

   4. Mix sweet sauce, potstickers, sauted vegetables and pineapple

   5. Serve

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bag of Lee’s Cheese Pizza Potsticker
  • 1 cup of spaghetti sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup bell pepper, diced

  • ½ cup onion, diced

  • ½ cup mushroom, dice - optional


Cooking Direction

   1. Saute Lee’s Cheese Potstickers in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil for 2 minutes

   2. Saute bell pepper, onions, and mushrooms and add to spaghetti sauce

   3. Put potstickers in a 9 x 13 casserole dish

   4. Cover potstickers with spaghetti sauce.

   5. Put mozzarella cheese on the top

   6. Bake in 375º for 30 minutes or until heat it through

   7. Let’s stand 10 minutes before serving

 

 

• Make our favorite vegetable soup recipe, or you can substitute your recipe. Your favorite canned vegetable soup also could be used.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bag of Lee’s Potstickers
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 ½ carrots, diced

  • ½ cup celery, diced

  • 2-14oz can of chicken broth

  • 1 cup green beans

  • 1 teaspoon celery salt

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  • 2 bay leaves

  • Salt and pepper


Cooking Direction

   1. In large pot sauté onions, carrots, and celery

   2. Add chicken broth, green beans, celery salt, parsley, and bay leaves

   3. Simmer 30 minutes

   4. Add 1 lb. bag of Lee’s Potsticker (Your choice of flavor)

   5. Simmer 5 additional minutes

   6. Remove bay leaves and discard

   7. Serve potsticker soup and enjoy
